Welcome to Elite Perfumes. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website (eliteperfumes.pk) and making purchases from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

·        Provide false details or impersonate another individual

·        Try to disrupt or damage the website’s security, functionality, or content

·        Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or server

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate details and images of our products. However, please note:

·        Colors, packaging, or fragrance batches may vary slightly due to screen differences or production variations.

·        Prices, descriptions, and product availability may be updated at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

·        All purchases made through our Shopify-powered store are subject to confirmation and stock availability.

·        We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

o   Out-of-stock products

o   Typographical or pricing errors

o   Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

·        We accept multiple payment methods including debit/credit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other options provided at checkout.

·        Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received (COD excluded).

4. Shipping & Delivery

·        We deliver to all major cities and regions in Pakistan via trusted courier services.

·        Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

·        Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

·        We are not responsible for courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen events that may affect delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

·        Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

o   At least 90% of the perfume remains unused in the bottle

o   The product is returned in its original packaging

·        Delivery charges are non-refundable.

·        Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and check the returned product.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, and product details, is the exclusive property of Elite Perfumes and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our content without written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure the highest quality standards, Elite Perfumes is not responsible for:

·        Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use

·        Skin reactions, allergies, or misuse of fragrances

·        Unauthorized access to your account or data
We recommend testing a small amount of perfume before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Your personal information is managed according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan & Lahore, Pakistan.
