At Elite Perfumes, we take pride in offering you high-quality fragrances. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.

Return Window

·        Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

·        Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Refund Eligibility

·        Only perfume bottles with at least 95% of the fragrance still inside will be considered for a refund.

·        Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable — only the product cost will be refunded.

·        Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

·        Elite Perfumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

·        Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

·        For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or mobile wallet after necessary verification.
